Are you looking to update your payment method on your automated gift? Whether you're managing multiple automations or just need to change your billing information, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.     

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing the Payment Method

Log in to Your Stadium Account

• Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Choose the Desired Automation

• From the list of automations displayed, locate and click on the specific automation for which you wish to update the payment method.
  
• Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.

Navigate to Payment Method

• Within the automation dashboard, locate the section related to payment details.
• On the "Payment Method" option, and then select "Edit"

Update Payment Method

Select Payment Method

• You'll be directed to a page where you can update your payment method for the selected automation. Choose or add the desired payment method from the available options. If you're adding a new payment method, follow the prompts to input the necessary information.
  
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Add Billing Information

• Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Review Conditions and Finalize Your Automation

• Read the conditions and terms carefully.
• Click "SUBMIT" to finalize the changes.

Confirmation

• Once done, you will be redirected to your Automation dashboard, and the changes will be visible under the PAYMENT METHOD section.
