Easily manage your automations by quickly locating and sharing your Automation Gift Order invitation link. Whether you prefer to copy a direct link or generate a QR code, Stadium makes it simple to invite participants to your automation

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to find and share the invitation link or QR Code for your automation gift order:

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
     
• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Select Your Automation

• Browse your list of automations.
• Click on the automation you want to update.
• This opens the Automation Dashboard for that automation.

Copy Invite Link

• Find the specific order you want and click on the drop-down arrow.
• Click on "COPY INVITE LINK" to access the invitation link.

• From the pop-up window:

  • Click the link icon to copy the invitation link.

  • OR click "DOWNLOAD QR CODE" to generate a QR code instead.

Alternative Option: Access From Order Details Page

• To access the order details page, click the order number.

• On the order details page, click on the link icon to show options

• From the pop-up window:

  • Click the link icon to copy the invitation link.

  • OR click "DOWNLOAD QR CODE" to generate a QR code instead.
