Looking to customize the message recipients see on their landing page when they redeem gifts from your automated gift? This guide will walk you through how to update the recipient landing page message in your Stadium automation.

Steps to Edit Your Automation's Recipient Landing Page Message:

Log in to Your Stadium Account

• Go to the Stadium website and log in with your account credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

Select the Automation You Want to Edit

• • Locate the automation you want to update.

  • Click on it to open the Automation Dashboard.

Edit the Recipient Landing Page Message

• In the Automation Dashboard, find the RECIPIENT MESSAGE section.

• Click the Edit button.

• Enter your new message and click SAVE.

Confirm the Changes

• The updated message will now be displayed under the RECIPIENT MESSAGE section in the Automation Dashboard. This will be applied to all orders in this automation.

• To verify, click VIEW ORDER on any order under this automation

• On the order details page, you’ll see the new Recipient Landing Page message.
