Keeping track of your recipients’ redemption status helps you manage your campaigns efficiently and ensures every gift reaches its intended recipient. This step-by-step guide shows you how to view, filter, and track redemption activity for your kit orders directly from your Kits & Sent Items Dashboard, so you can easily confirm which recipients have redeemed their gifts.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to check the redemption status of your recipients for your kit's gift order:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Kits & Items Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Kits & Items
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.
Access the Kits & Sent Items Dashboard
- On the Kits & Sent Items page, click the LIVE kit you want to check.
View Sent Orders
- You will be routed to that specific kit's dashboard.
- Navigate to the SENT GIFTS tab.
- Click on the order number or the VIEW ORDER button for the specific order you want to view
Check Recipient Redemption Statuses
- On the order details page, you will see the list of recipients and their redemption statuses.
- To filter the recipient statuses, use the options to show NOT REDEEMED or REDEEMED.
