This step-by-step guide will show you how to access collections shared with you, identify the creator or owner, view other members with access, and easily add shared collections to your shop. Step-by-Step Guide on How to Access and Manage Shared Collections as a Member

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
   

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Swag page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access All Swag Collections

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• You will be directed to your Swag page, under the "ALL PRODUCTS" tab by default, where you can see all your collections.

Identifying Shared Collections

• To know which collections are shared with you, look for a collection with the "DESIGN READY" state and a user icon. Note that there is no "Share" icon as only the user who created the collection can share it.

• When you hover your mouse over the user icon, you will see the name of the user who created or shared the collection with you and the number of users with whom the collection is shared.

• When you click the user icon, you will also see a list of users with whom the collection is shared.
• Click "Back" when done viewing.

Managing Shared Collections

• You can edit the collection logo by clicking on Edit Collection Logo.
• If you wish to add a shared collection to one of your shops, simply click on the three dots located next to the collection and then select "Add all to Shop Catalog".
• If you want to remove it from an existing shop just click on "Remove all from Shop Catalog"
•  You can all check each product in the collection by clicking on "View All Products"
   
• If you wish to buy a swag from this collection, click on "Purchase Swag"

*Please note that if the user who shared the collection removes your email from the list, the collection will also be removed from your shop.
