Looking to share your swag inventory with a teammate or manage who has access to it? This article walks you through the exact steps to easily share your Stadium swag inventory with other members or remove a user if access is no longer needed.

Follow these step-by-step instructions on How to share or remove users from your stadium swag inventory: 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Swag page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Navigate to The Inventory Dashboard

• On the Swag page, go to the Inventory tab

• Click the share icon .
  
  

Adding a Member

 Sharing Your Inventory

• Select from Contact List: Choose contacts from your current contact list.

• Add Contact by Adding Email
  • You can add a new contact(s) by entering their email, simply click "INPUT EMAILS".

• • Add the email address and hit "SUBMIT".

• Add Contact via CSV
  • You can also add a new contact(s) via a CSV file, simply click "ADD BY CSV".

• • Upload the CSV file and hit "SUBMIT".

 Final Step: Share Inventory

• After selecting your contacts, click Share Inventory with Users

Confirmation

• A notification will be displayed on the side indicating that the user(s) has been added.

 Removing a User from Shared Access

Go to The Shared Users Page

• From your swag inventory, click the profile icon next to the share icon.

• This opens the list of users with access.

Initiate removal

• Find the user you want to remove

• Click the trash can icon beside their name

Confirm the removal

• On the pop-up, click Yes, Remove

• A notification will be displayed on the side indicating that the user(s) has been removed.
