Managing your shared Swag Collection is essential for keeping your group organized and up-to-date. In this article, we'll walk you through how to view the members on your shared Swag Collection and how to remove a member from the shared Swag Collection.

Here's how to view the members in your Swag Collections and Delete a member from your Swag collections:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Swag page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

Find the Shared Swag Collection:

• Locate the Swag Collection you wish to manage.
• Look for the icon indicating that the collection is shared.
• Click on this icon to view the members who have access.

View Members

• In the shared collection dashboard, you'll see a list of members with access.
• Each member's details will include a Trash icon next to their name.

Remove a Member

• Click on the Trash icon next to the member you want to remove.
• A prompt message will appear asking for confirmation.
• Select "YES, REMOVE" to confirm the removal of the member.

Confirmation:

• Once confirmed, a message will appear indicating that the member has been successfully removed from the collection.

**Please note that only the Swag Collection Owner can share and remove the collection for another member and that if the user who shared the collection removes your email from the list, the collection will also be removed from your shop.
