Step-by-step guide on Downloading Thank you messages and disabling Thank You Message notifications:

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.

Go to Kits & Sent Items

• Once logged in, go to the navigation bar, and select the Sender option to view more options. Select Kits & Sent Items.

Access Your Kit

• On your Kits & Sent Items page, find the kit that you have created for the order you wish to check, then click on the kit.

Downloading your Thank You Messages

Navigate to the Sent Gifts Tab:

• Click on the Sent Gifts tab to see all orders you have created using this kit.
• Find the order you wish to check by browsing through the order list or using the filters and the search bar.

• Click VIEW ORDER on the order you wish to check.

View Order Details:

• Click VIEW ORDER on the order you wish to check.
• On the order details page, click the chat icon to view the Thank You messages.

Download Thank you Messages:

• On the Thank You Messages page, click the DOWNLOAD ALL button to download all messages.
• Click on BACK TO DASHBOARD to return to your Sent Gifts tab.

Turn off Notifications for Thank you messages

Access Notification Settings:

• If you do not wish to receive notifications for Thank You messages, click on the three dots (...) beside the ADD RECIPIENTS button and select Thank You Messages Settings.

Disable Notifications:

• On the next page, uncheck the box next to "Receive email notifications for thank you messages" to turn off the notifications.
