Follow these instructions to seamlessly add the necessary information to your live orders.

Step-by-Step Guide to Upload Recipient Preference in A Suprise Kit in Your Live Order

Go to Kits & Sent Items:

• Once logged in, navigate to the Sender option in the navigation bar.
• Select "Kits & Sent Items" from the dropdown menu.

Choose the Live Kit

• From the list of kits displayed, select the specific kit associated with the surprise order. You can easily identify live kits, as they have the green circle indicator.

Navigate the Kits Dashboard

• You’ll be directed to the Kits Dashboard.
• Go to "SENT GIFTS" to locate all orders that have been sent using this kit.
• Find the surprise order you created and click on "VIEW ORDER."

Order Dashboard 

• On the Order Dashboard, locate the status section which includes categories such as "SENT," "INVENTORY ERROR," and "INCOMPLETE."

• Since you need to add recipient preferences, focus on the orders listed under the "INCOMPLETE" tab.
• Click on the "INCOMPLETE" tab to view all orders that are missing information.

Add Recipient Preferences

• Click the "ADD INFORMATION" button to enter recipient preferences.

• You will be directed to the Select Preferences page where you can input the required details.

• Use the provided size guide to make informed choices.

Handle Multiple Recipients

• If you need to add information for multiple recipients, tick the checkboxes next to their email addresses and select them.
• After selecting the recipients, the "ADD INFORMATION" button will appear. It will also display the number of recipients you have chosen.
• Click the "ADD INFORMATION" button to proceed.

• You will be directed to the Select Preferences page, where you can enter the details for all the selected recipients.

• Use the drop-down arrow to hide recipients for whom you've already added information. This helps keep the interface uncluttered.

Save and Process

• After entering the recipient preferences, click "SAVE."

• Wait a few minutes while the system processes the information.

• Once processed, the status of the recipient order will update from "Processing" to "Sent" and will move to the "SENT" tab.
