A shared wallet allows multiple users to access and manage funds seamlessly within Stadium. Whether you’re collaborating on team expenses, organizing event budgets, or managing group gifting, a shared wallet makes it easy to centralize spending while maintaining transparency.

Steps to Create a Shared Wallet

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Navigate to the Wallets Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)

  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
    

• Navigate to the Wallets Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.

Create a Shared Wallet

• Under the My Wallet section, click on the “NEW SHARED WALLET” button.

Fill out the Shared Wallet Form

• Enter a name for your shared wallet.
• Choose your wallet currency (e.g., USD, GBP, EUR).
• Add or select users who should have access to the shared wallet.
• Click “CREATE SHARED WALLET” to finalize the setup.

Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear once your shared wallet is successfully created.
• Click “ADD FUNDS” if you want to start funding the wallet immediately.
• Click “DONE” to close the confirmation message
