As a Wallet Owner or Wallet Admin, you have the ability to allocate funds to users within your shared wallet. Whether you need to distribute funds to multiple users at once or allocate a specific amount to an individual user, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.
💡 Note: Only Wallet Owners and Wallet Admins can allocate funds to users.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to allocate to individual users or multiple users in your shared wallet:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.
Choose Your Wallet
- You will be redirected to the My Wallet page. Under this, choose the shared wallet that you wish to edit.
Allocating Funds to Multiple Users
Allocating funds to multiple users is ideal when you want to distribute the same amount to multiple users.
Initiate Fund Allocation
- Scroll to the Shared Wallet Users section.
- Click on the ALLOCATE FUNDS button.
Select Users

Use the search bar to locate specific email addresses.

Tick the checkboxes for the users who need funds.

Click NEXT to proceed.
Enter Allocated Amount

Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.

Enter the allocation amount for each selected user.

Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed
Review Your Allocation

Review the allocation details.

Click SEND FUNDS to finalize the transfer.
Confirmation

A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.

Click SHOW ALL to see a list of users who received funds.

Click DONE to close the window.
Allocating Funds to Individual Users
This method is useful when assigning different amounts to specific users.
Choose the User
- Scroll to the Shared Wallet Users section.
- Click on ACTIVE to view all current wallet members.
- Use the search bar or filters to quickly locate the user you want to allocate funds to.
Initiate Allocation
Once you find the user, click on the card icon to initiate the funds allocation.
Enter Allocation Amount

Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.

Enter the allocation amount for the selected user.
- Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).

- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Your Allocation

Verify the allocation details.

Click SEND FUNDS to complete the transfer.
Confirmation

A confirmation message will appear with a summary of the allocation.

Click DONE to close the window.
Checking Updated Balance
After confirming the allocation:

You will be redirected to the Shared Wallet page.

The remaining balance will be displayed at the top.

Under Shared Wallet Users, you’ll see the newly allocated amounts for each user.
