Easily manage user access in your shared wallet with flexible permission controls. Stadium lets you modify roles, add Wallet Admins, and ensure the right people have the right level of access—all in just a few clicks.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to modify the permissions of the members in your shared wallet
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.
Choose Your Wallet
- You will be redirected to the My Wallet page. Under this, choose the shared wallet that you wish to edit.
Locate the User to Modify
- Scroll to the Shared Wallet Users section.
- Click on ACTIVE to view all current wallet members.
- Use the search bar or filters to quickly locate the user you want to remove.
Change User Permissions
- Click the dropdown menu next to their role (Member or Admin).
- Select the new role or permission level.
Wallet Members Can:
✅ View the wallet balance.
✅ Spend allocated funds.
Wallet Admins Can:
✅ Add and remove members.
✅ Allocate and manage funds.
✅ Adjust permissions for other users.
Assigning Wallet Members
- By default, all users that are added are assigned as Members.
Modify the Permissions
Adding Wallet Admins
- If the user is already an account admin, you can directly switch their role to Wallet Admin.
- A confirmation message will appear once the changes are made.
Adding an Account Admin (If Required)
- If the user is not an account admin, you must first add them as an admin.
- Click ADD ACCOUNT ADMIN to proceed.
Check the Available Seats
- Check the number of available seats in your package.
- If there are enough seats, the change will be applied immediately.
- If additional seats are required, the Wallet Owner will receive an invoice for extra seats.
- Click ADD ADMIN to confirm.
Confirmation
- Once changes are made, a confirmation message will appear.
- The user’s updated role will now be reflected in the Shared Wallet Users list
