Need to give team members access to your shared wallet? Whether you’re managing company expenses, organizing a team budget, or simplifying group gifting, adding users to your shared wallet ensures seamless collaboration.

Here is a step-by-step guide to adding more users to your shared wallet:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.
Choose Your Wallet
- You will be redirected to the My Wallet page. Under this, choose the shared wallet that you wish to edit.
Initiate Adding New User(s)
- From your share wallet's page click on the ADD USERS button.
Adding Additional Users
There are two ways to add more users to your shared wallet. You can add users via an Open Invitation Link or manually by entering their email addresses.
Option 1: Adding Users Via Open Invitation Link
- On the Add Users page, click the link icon to copy the invitation link.
- Share this link with users so they can submit a request to join.
- Click EXIT to return to the shared wallet page.
Approving or Rejecting Users from Open Invite
- Pending requests will appear under the PENDING list in the Shared Wallet Users section.
- Click the (✔) icon to approve a user or the (✘) icon to reject a user.
If Rejecting a User:
- Confirm the rejection by clicking “REJECT” in the pop-up window.
- Once rejected, you will see a confirmation message, and the email removed from the PENDING list.
- The rejected user will also receive an email notification about the rejection.
🚨 Note: Rejected users cannot submit a request again using the same invite link. If you need to re-add them, follow the manual email method below.
Skip to Adding Users by Email Address
If Approving a User:
- Confirm the approval by clicking “APPROVE” in the pop-up window.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top right of the screen.
- The user’s email will now be listed under the ACTIVE section.
- The approved user will also receive an email notification about the approval.
Option 2: Adding Users by Email Address
- On the Add Users page, enter the user’s email manually by clicking “INPUT EMAILS” or upload multiple users via “ADD CSV”.
- If the user already exists in your contact list, you can select their email directly.
- Use the search bar or filter options to quickly locate specific emails.
- Once the email address of the user is added or selected, click on the ADD USER button to proceed.
Confirmation
- Once added, you will be redirected to your shared wallet.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top right, and the user will now be listed under ACTIVE in the Shared Wallet Users section.
Managing User Permissions
- After adding users, you can assign them as either a Member or a Wallet Admin for better access control.
