Shops and Shop Orders for Personal Workspace

In your personal Workspace, you can create and manage your own shops, swag collections, and gift orders, but all access is limited to your own shops.

Shop Permissions:
 

Shops Creation and Management

• Can create and manage their own shops.

Shops Swag Collection

• Can create and manage their own swag collections for their shops.

Shop Orders:

Sent Gifts

• Can create, view, and manage their own sent gift orders

Limitations:

Personal Workspace users cannot share shops with others. No access to shop customization, shop reports, or recipient order tracking. Advanced features require a company Workspace.

Shops and Shop Orders for Company Workspace Owners 

The Company Workspace owners have full control over all shops, collections, customizations, reports, gift orders, and recipient tracking across the Workspace.

 

Shop Access:
 

Shops Creation and Management

• Can create and manage their own shops

• Can view and manage all shops created by other users in the company Workspace

Shop Sharing

• Can share their own shops and shops created by others; will be an editor in shared shops

Shops Swag Collection

• Can create and share their own collections and collections created by other users

Shop Customizations

• Can customize their own shops and shops created by other users

• Can create and use custom currency

• Can white label shops

• Can create and use custom domains

Shop Reports

• Can view and manage reports for their own shops and shops created by other users.

Shop Orders:

Sent Gifts

• Can create their gift orders from their shop or other shops created by other users in the company Workspace.

• Can view and manage all sent gift orders (except draft/incomplete orders) across the Workspace.

Recipients Order Tracking

• Can view and manage all recipient order trackings across the company Workspace.

Limitations:

• Owners can not see incomplete shop orders created by other users in the company Workspace.

Shops and Shop Order Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Custom Permissions

Admins with 'custom permissions' for Shops and Shop Orders can view and manage all shops across the Workspace, similar to Workspace owners.

Shops Creation and Management

• Can create and manage their own shops.

• Can view and manage all shops created by other users in the company Workspace.

Shop Sharing

• Can share their own shops and shops created by others; will be an editor in shared shops.

Shops Swag Collection

• Can create and share their own collections and collections created by others

• Can customize their own shops and shops created by other users

• Can create and use custom currency

• Can white label shops

Admins with 'default permissions' can manage their own shops and shared shops where permissions are granted.

Shop Access:
 

Shops Creation and Management

• Can create and manage their own shops

• Can manage shops created by other users if given "Full Access." 

Shop Sharing

• Can share their own shops with other users

• Can share shops shared with them if "Full Access" is granted by the owner or admin with 'custom permissions.'
  
  ⚠️Restriction: If given 'Limited Access', the admin cannot manage or share the shop.

Shops Swag Collection

• Can create and share their own collections and collections created by others.

• Can view and manage collections shared with them if permission is granted.

Shop Customizations

• Can customize their own shops and shared shops if permission is granted

• Can create and use custom currency, Whitelabel, and custom domains if permission is granted.
  
  ⚠️Restriction: If given  'Limited Access', the admin cannot access customizations

Shop Reports

• Can view and manage reports for their own shops and shops where they are given "Full Acess"

Shop Orders:

Sent Gifts

• Can create their own gift orders

• Can view and manage sent gift orders shared with them (except drafts/incomplete orders) if they have a 'Full Access' in the shared shop

Recipient's Order Tracking

• Can view and manage recipient tracking for their own shops and shared shops

⚠️Restriction: If given  'Limited Access', the admin cannot access sent gifts and the recipient's tracking on orders created by others

Limitations:

• Cannot view shops created by other users unless they are shared with them
• Cannot manage shop settings, customizations, sent gifts, and swag collections created by other users if given 'Limited Access' as a shop user in a shop shared with them.
• Cannot share shops if given 'Limited Access' as a shop user in a shop shared with them.

Shops and Shop Orders for Company Workspace Senders

Senders can manage their own shops, orders, and tracking, but cannot share shops or view others’ shops

Shop Access:
 

Shops Creation and Management

• Can create and manage their own shops.

• Can only view the shops that are shared with them.

Shop Sharing

• Can not share shops.

• Will only have  'Limited Access' to any shops shared with them

Shops Swag Collection

• Cannot share collections with others

• Can manage their own collections in their shops

Shop Customizations

• Can customize their own shops.

• Can create or use custom currency in their own shops.

• Shop gets white labeled automatically.

• Can use existing custom domains; cannot create new domains.
   

Shop Reports

• Can view and manage reports for their own shops, and they can also download reports for shared shops, but only for the gift orders they personally created

Shop Orders: 

Sent Gifts

• Can create gift orders from their shop and shared shops

• Can view and manage sent gift orders they created only

Recipients Order Tracking

• Can view and manage recipient tracking only for gift orders they created.

Limitations:

• Cannot view or manage shops that are not shared with them
• Cannot share or reshare shops.
• Cannot manage shop settings, customizations, sent gifts, and swag collections created by other users in a shop shared with them.

Shops and Shop Orders for Company Workspace Members

Members can only redeem gifts and view redeemed orders; no creation or management permissions

 

Shop Access:

• Cannot create or manage shops

• Cannot access customizations, reports, or swag collections

Shop Orders:

Sent Gifts:

• Not available

Recipient Order Tracking:

• Not available
   

Limitations:

• Members cannot create shops, manage collections, place gift orders, or access shop management functions.
