Kits & Send Items Permissions For Personal Workspace

In the personal Workspace, users can create Send Items orders from shops available in their Workspace. However, the Kits feature is not available.

To use the Kits feature, you need a Company Workspace. Users can:

Company Workspace owners have full visibility and management control over all Kits, Send Items, and related orders across the Workspace.
 

Kits & Send Items and Kit Orders

• Can create their own Kits and Send Items

• Can manage their own Kit and Send Items orders

• Can view Kits and Send Items created by other users in the company Workspace

• Can manage Kits and Send Items Kit orders created by other users in the company Workspace

Limitations

• Owners cannot view Kits, Send Items, or orders created by other users while they are still in draft/incomplete state.

Kits & Send Items Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Custom Permissions

Admins with 'custom permissions for Kits & Send Items' can view and manage all kits across the Workspace, similar to Workspace owners.
 

Kits & Send Items and Kit Orders

• Can create their own Kits and Send Items

• Can manage their own Kits and Send Items orders

• Can view Kits and Send Items created by other users in the Company Workspace

• Can manage Kit orders created by other users in the Company Workspace

Limitations

• Admins with 'custom permissions' cannot view Kits, Send Items, or orders created by other users while they are still in draft/incomplete state.

Kits & Send Items Permissions for Company Workspace Admins with Default Permissions

Admins with 'default permissions' can manage Kits and Send Items they created.
 

Kits & Send Items and Kit Orders

• Can create their own Kits and Send Items

• Can manage their own Kits and Send Items orders

• Can view and manage orders created by other users in their kit.

Limitations

• Admins with 'default permissions' can not view or manage Kits or Send Items created by other users in the Company Workspace.

• Can not view orders created by other users if they are still in an incomplete state.

Senders can create and manage their own Kits and Send Items.
 

Kits & Send Items and Kit Orders

• Can create their own Kits and Send Items

• Can manage their own Kits and Send Items orders

Limitations

• Senders cannot view Kits, Send Items, or orders that are created by other users in the Company Workspace.

Kits & Send Items Permissions for Company Workspace Members

Members can only redeem Kits or Send Items that are sent to them.

Kits & Send Items and Kit Orders

• Can redeem Kits that have been gifted to them

• Can redeem Send Items orders sent to them

Limitations: 

• Cannot create Kits

• Cannot create Send Items

• Cannot manage Kit or Send Items orders

• Cannot view Workspace-wide Kits or Send Items
