Adding and removing swag collections or swag items from your Stadium shop is a straightforward process whether you want to add or remove a full collection or a single item.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how you can add or remove swag collection in your Shop's catalog
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select My Shops.
Select Your Live Shop
- Under the My Shops dashboard, click LIVE, then select the specific shop you want to access.
Adding a Full Swag Collection
Access Branded Swag
- In your Shop Dashboard, go to the "BRANDED SWAG" tab then select "SAVED DESIGNS" to see all your collections. Locate the collection you want to add to your shop. Note that you can only add items or collections under Available Swag.
- Collections not yet added to your Shop Catalog will have the "NOT IN CATALOG" status.
Add the Collection
- Option 1: Click the three dots on each collection and select "Add All To Catalog." A confirmation will appear in the top right corner, indicating the collection has been added successfully.
- Option 2: Click the drop-down button beside the three dots to expand and view the products in your collection. Click "Enable All" at the top to add the collection to your Swag Catalog.
- A pop-up confirmation will appear, and the status will change to "IN CATALOG".
Adding A Specific Swag Item
Access Branded Swag
- From the Shop's dashboard, navigate to the "BRANDED SWAG" tab then select "SAVED DESIGNS". Locate the Swag Collection you want to look into and click the drop-down button to expand it.
- Then click on VIEW ALL.
- Alternatively, click the three dots to view more options and select "View All Products."
Add the Item
- Select the specific item you want to add to your Shop. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to enable the product and specific color variants (if available). Click "Enable Product," then "SAVE."
- Once added, you'll receive a notification in the top-right corner. The eye icon on the item will be enabled, and the product count will be updated.
Removing A Specific Swag Item
Navigate to Branded Swag
- Go to your "BRANDED SWAG" dashboard then select "SAVED DESIGNS". Click the drop-down button to expand and view the products. Locate the item you wish to remove and click on it.
Remove the Item
- Toggle the "Enable Product" button off and click "SAVE."
- After successful removal, a notification will appear in the top-right corner, and the eye icon on the item will be crossed out. The product count will be updated accordingly.
Removing A Swag Collection
Navigate to Branded Swag
- Go to your "BRANDED SWAG" dashboard then select "SAVED DESIGNS". Click the three dots associated with the Swag Collection you want to remove to view more options.
Remove the Collection
- Select "REMOVE ALL FROM CATALOG." A pop-up will appear; click "YES, REMOVE" to confirm the removal.
- After the collection is removed, a notification will appear in the top-right corner. The status will change to "NOT IN CATALOG," and the product count will update to zero.
