Adding and removing swag collections or swag items from your Stadium shop is a straightforward process, whether you want to add or remove a full collection or a single item from a specific collection.

Here are step-by-step instructions on how you can add or remove swag collection in your Shop's catalog
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the shop is created.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( Λ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( Λ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Access Your Live Shops
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the shop you'd like to access.
Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.
Click the drop-down arrow next to Owned By to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the userβs name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)
The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
Adding a Full Swag Collection
Access Branded Swag
- In your Shop Dashboard, go to the "BRANDED SWAG" tab, then select "SAVED DESIGNS" to see all your collections.
- Locate the collection you want to add to your shop. Note that you can only add items or collections under Available Swag.
- Collections not yet added to your Shop Catalog will have the "NOT IN CATALOG" status.
Add the Collection
Option 1:
- Click the three dots on each collection and select "Add All To Shop Catalog."
- A confirmation will appear in the top right corner, indicating the collection has been added successfully.
Option 2:
- Click the drop-down button beside the three dots to expand and view the products in your collection.
- Click "Enable All" at the top to add the collection to your Swag Catalog.
- A pop-up confirmation will appear, and the status will change to "IN CATALOG".
Adding A Specific Swag Item
Access Branded Swag
- From the Shop's dashboard, navigate to the "BRANDED SWAG" tab, then select "SAVED DESIGNS".
- Locate the Swag Collection you want to look into.
- Look for a swag collection that is NOT IN CATALOG status.
- Then click on VIEW ALL.
- Alternatively, click the three dots to view more options and select "View All Products."
Add the Item
- Look for the specific item you want to add to your Shop.
- Click on the eye icon ποΈ to enable that specific product
Enable Specific Colors π¨
- A pop-up will appear, allowing you to enable the product and specific color variants (if available).

Each color will have a toggle switch:
On (Green)β Active (color is available in your shop).
Off (Grey)β Disabled (color will not appear in your shop).
- Preview the mock-ups for each color and enable the ones you wish to add to the shop catalog
- Once finished, click on SAVE πΎ

After saving, you'll receive a notification in the top-right corner. The eye icon on the item will be enabled, and the selected colors will appear at the bottom of the mockup:
- Enabled colors are displayed on the left
- Disabled colors are shown on the right with an βXβ indicator
Enable All Colors π
- To enable all colors, just click on "Enable Product."
- Then, click SAVE πΎ.
- Once added, you'll receive a notification in the top-right corner. The eye icon on the item will be enabled.
Variants with the Same Color as Your Logo π―
To prevent printing issues, the system automatically detects color variants that match your logo color.
When enabling all color variants:
- Any variant with the same color as your logo will be automatically disabled π«
- This ensures your logo remains clearly visible on the product
Example: If you have a black logo, the black color variant will be disabled, even if you selected βEnable Product.β
You can:
- Manually enable these variants if you still want them included in your shop β
- Or leave them disabled and click SAVE πΎ to proceed
Check the Swag Collection Status
- In the Available Swag section, confirm that the status of the swag collection is updated to βIN CATALOG.β
- Click the drop-down arrow to expand and view a preview of the items included in the collection.
- In the preview, verify that only the items you selected are enabled.
- Enabled items will appear in full color.
- Items that are not selected will appear dimmed or disabled.
Removing A Specific Swag Item
Navigate to Branded Swag
- Go to your "BRANDED SWAG" dashboard, then select "SAVED DESIGNS".
- Under Available Swag, find the collection you want to archive (status: IN CATALOG)
- Click on VIEW ALL to see all swag items in that swag collection.
Remove the Item
Click on the eye icon ποΈ to edit the product's visibility.
Go to Enable Product and slide the switch to the off position to completely disable that product.

Click SAVE.
Disabled products will appear dimmed or grayed out, with their eye icon displaying a slash mark. It will no longer be visible in your shop catalog.
Removing A Swag Collection
Navigate to Branded Swag
- Go to your "BRANDED SWAG" dashboard, then select "SAVED DESIGNS".
- Under the Available Swag list, look for the swag collection that you wish to remove from your shop catalog
- Click the three dots associated with the Swag Collection you want to remove to view more options.
- Select "REMOVE ALL FROM SHOP CATALOG."
Remove the Swag Collection
- A pop-up will appear; click "YES, REMOVE" to confirm the removal.
- After the collection is removed, a notification will appear in the top-right corner. The status will change to "NOT IN CATALOG," and the product count will update to zero.
