Adding a swag collection to your Shop on Stadium is a straightforward process. This article will guide you through the steps to seamlessly integrate your swag collections into your Shop. Whether you're setting up a new shop or adding to an existing one, this guide has you covered.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how you can add a swag collection to your Shop:
 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the swag collection is created.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a swag collection, bulk order, and requested swag mock-ups.

Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace

💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Choose a Collection in the "DESIGN READY" State

• Scroll down until you find a collection that is in the "DESIGN READY" state. 

Add All to Shop

• Click on the three dots (ellipses) associated with this collection.
• From the options that appear, select "Add all to Shop Catalog."
   

Choose Your Shop

• You'll now have the choice to add the collection to an existing shop in your account.
• If you’re in a Company Workspace and have access to shared shops, you’ll also see shops created by other users within the same Workspace.

Confirm and Add

• Once you've selected the shop where you want to add the collection, simply click "ADD."

Confirmation

• You'll receive a confirmation message indicating that the collection has been successfully added to your Shop.
