How To Edit and Manage Your Swag Shop Catalog

Looking to edit, manage, or customize your Stadium Swag Shop catalog? This article provides a detailed guide on how to manage and edit your swag shop catalog in your Stadium Shop. Here's how you can edit the catalog of your Stadium Swag Shop

Log in to Your Account

Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
Log in using your credentials.
Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the shop is created.

Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
  (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.

Access Your Live Shops

On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops.

Filter Shops by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared shops, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view shops created by other users in your company Workspace.

Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.
In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.
Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.
Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Editing Main Catalog

Edit Shop Catalog

Navigate to the BRANDED SWAG tab, then select "SAVED DESIGNS".
Click the three dots on the swag collection you wish to edit, then click the "EDIT CATALOG" button.

Merch Category

To edit the swag items in your catalog, navigate to the EDIT MAIN CATALOG tab, then select the MERCH category and start editing.

Choose a Country

You may pick a specific country catalog you want to edit.

You may also choose "All Countries"if you wish to edit the catalog for all countries at once.

Filter Options

Pro tip: Utilize filters to streamline your selection process, whether by price, points, or other criteria.

The filter will only show you the items within the category that you have chosen previously. If you are editing the swag shop, make sure that you are in the MERCH category to see only the options for swag items.

You can filter based on decoration method, size, color, or price/points.
Once a filter is selected, click on the SELECT ONLY PRODUCTS WITHIN FILTERS button.

Show or Hide Products

Go to the MERCH category and start selecting or removing swag items in your swag catalog.
Use the checkboxes to select or deselect products in your Stadium Shop.
- Selecting the product means that it will show in the catalog.
- Deselecting it will hide the product in the catalog
Click "SAVE CHANGES" to apply your edits.

View Selected Products

Select the VIEW SELECTED PRODUCTS option to display only the items you have chosen. This feature allows you to quickly review and confirm your selections without having to scroll through all available products.

Edit Categories

If you want to remove or show specific categories from your Swag Shop's menu, click on the specific category, then select the subcategory you want to hide or show.

To hide or show the category, click "DESELECT ALL" or "SELECT ALL"

Select the categories you want to disappear or select the categories you want to appear in the menu and click "SAVE CHANGES".

Editing Featured Products

Change Featured Products:

You can also change the featured products on your Featured page.
Just click on EDIT FEATURED PRODUCTS and choose from the options: Stadium's Pick, Popular Items, Seasonal Items, Pick My Own, or you may also remove the featured products in your catalog.

Pick My Own:

If you want to choose individual items on your Featured Page, click on the "Pick My Own" option.
Utilize the search bar or browse via categories to find your desired items.
You can also rearrange the items by dragging the photo to change the order.
Select the items you want to add to the list, and just deselect or click the X icon to remove them.
Don't forget to click SAVE CHANGES after choosing the items or before switching to another subcategory.
