Whether you're a new user or a seasoned pro, this step-by-step tutorial will help you seamlessly integrate new items into your Stadium Shop. Our goal is to simplify the process so that you can easily manage your inventory and keep your Shop stocked with the latest swag for your recipients.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to add the swag from your swag page's swag inventory to your Stadium Shop
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the swag locker is created.
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Swag
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Navigate to the Inventory Tab
- Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
- Click on the Locker Inventory tab.
Filter Swag Locker by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Browse and Select Items From Inventory
- Browse through your inventory and select the swag item you wish to add to your Shop.
- If a locker has more than four items, click “View All” to see the remaining items.
Add Swag to Your Shop
Option 1
- You can use the shortcut by clicking the three dots on the chosen swag and then clicking on Add to Shop.
Option 2
- You can go to the product page by clicking the swag image.
- You'll be directed to the main page of the selected item.
- Click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper right corner and select Add to Shop.
- Alternatively, you can scroll down to the Activity Log section and click the ADD TO SHOP button.
Choose Your Shop
- Select a shop from your available list.
- If you’re in a Company Workspace and have access to shared shops, you’ll also see shops created by other users within the same Workspace.
- If you do not have any shops yet, create a shop first by following the instructions in this article👉 How to Create a Stadium Shop
Confirm and Add
- After choosing the shop, click the ADD button to finalize the process.
- Your swag item will now be added to the selected shop.
Verify in the Activity Log & Manage Visibility
- Go to the Activity Log to confirm that your swag has been added to the selected shop.
- The log will also show the quantity redeemed by your recipients.
- In the Visible column, use the eye icons to toggle the visibility of the item.
- This allows you to make the item visible or invisible in a specific shop as needed.
By following these steps, you can easily manage your inventory and ensure your recipients have access to the latest swag available in your Shop.
