This article will guide you through the process of removing recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits from a live Kits order.
Note: You can only remove recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits. If a recipient has already redeemed their kit, you will not be able to remove them from the order.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to delete recipients from a live kit order
Accessing the Kits Order
Log In to Your Account
- Go to bystadium.com and log in to your account.
Navigate to Kits
- Once logged in, go to the navigation bar, and select the Sender option to view more options. Select Kits & Sent Items.
Locate the Kit Order
- Find the Kit from which you want to remove recipients.
Access Sent Gifts
- Click on the SENT GIFTS tab.
View Specific Order
- Locate the specific order where you want to remove recipients and click VIEW ORDER.
Removing the Recipient
Display Unredeemed Recipients
- Click on the NOT REDEEMED option to display the list of recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits.
Select Recipients to Remove
- Tick the checkbox next to the email address of the recipient(s) you want to remove. You can select multiple recipients if applicable. Afterward, click on the REMOVE SELECTED button.
- To remove all recipients who have not yet redeemed their kits, click REMOVE ALL instead of selecting individual recipients.
Confirm Removal
- A confirmation pop-up window will appear. Click YES, REMOVE to proceed.
Completion Message
- Once the process is complete, a confirmation message will be displayed, indicating that the recipient(s) have been successfully removed from the order
- The list of recipients under "NOT REDEEMED" will also be updated
