With the OWNED BY filter on the Automated Gifting page, you can filter Automations by owner, view Automations created by your teammates, and see exactly who set up each Automated gift campaign. Whether you're managing birthday gifts, work anniversaries, onboarding gifts, or client gifting programs, filtering by owner keeps your team's automations organized, visible, and easy to manage in just a few clicks.

Important Note ⚠️

• If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your company Workspace.

• 💡The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains Automations created by multiple users.

Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Filter Automations by Owner 

Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Automated Gifting Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Automated Gifting" to go to your automated gifting page.

👤 Filter Automations by Owner

If you have permission to access and manage Automated Gifting, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Automations created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose Automation you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the Automations created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
