Peer-to-Peer Recognition Programs foster a culture of appreciation within organizations, empowering team members to acknowledge each other's contributions. Implementing custom recognition budgets allows you to tailor budgets based on roles, departments, or leadership structures. Follow these steps to create a Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program with a Custom Recognition Budget:
Navigate to Your Shop Settings
- Log in to your Stadium Account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, click on the Sender drop-down menu, and select Peer-to-Peer Recognition Programs.
Initiate Program Creation
- Click the "Create Recognition Program" button.
- If you have an existing program and want to create a new one, click the three dots and then select "Create New Program."
Fill Out the Program Details

Enter the Program name

You may select a specific date and time for your program to start.
- You may also tick the "Start immediately" box and your program will begin sending kudos right after you create the order.
- Select a distinctive name for your recognition currency and determine its conversion rate. By default, it will be referred to as "Kudos."
- What is Recognition Currency? Recognition currency is a special form of acknowledgment exchanged between team members as a token of appreciation, which converts into redeemable points upon receipt.
- Define the allowance for each user and specify how frequently they receive it.
- Note that you can customize the points per user after adding recipients.
- Click "NEXT" once done.
Adding and Selecting Recipients
Add People to Your Contact List:
- Input Emails Manually: Click on "INPUT EMAILS" and enter the email addresses.
- Upload a CSV File: Click "Add CSV" and "Download Template" to get the correct format.
- Integrate Your HRIS System: Click the "Manage Contacts" button to configure the integration. Refer to the article on how to set it up. You can refer to the article below on how to set it up: ✨How to set up an integration
Select Recipients:
Once you have added people to your contact list. There are two ways to select recipients for your program;
- Use Filters: Segment your employee list based on specific criteria.
- Select Manually: Choose individual employees from your contact list.
Click "NEXT" once you have selected your recipients.
Three Ways to Add Custom Kudos Amounts Per Recipient
You have the flexibility to assign kudos amounts in various ways, whether you want to give the same amount to all recipients or different amounts to each recipient. Here are three methods to customize your kudos distribution:
1. Assign the Same Amount to All Recipients
If you want to give the same kudos amount to all recipients, follow these steps:
- Click the ASSIGN TO ALL button.
- Enter the desired kudos amount.
- Click the SAVE button, then click NEXT to continue.
2. Assign Custom Amounts to Selected Recipients
You can assign custom amounts to specific recipients by following these steps:
- Tick the box next to each recipient's name you want to send custom amounts.
- Click the "ASSIGN SELECTED" button.
- Enter the desired amount for the selected recipients.
- Click "SAVE" to confirm the custom amount then click "NEXT" to continue.
3. Assign Different Amounts to Recipient
If you want to give different kudos amounts to some of your recipients, follow these steps:
- Simply enter the desired amount for your recipient in the "ALLOWANCE" field.
- Then click the NEXT button to continue.
Payment and Confirmation
- Select your payment method.
- Enter your billing country and billing ZIP code, then click "REVIEW & PAY."
- Review the program details, then click "Pay Now."
Congratulations! Your Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program has been created!
