👥 What Are Dynamic Contacts?
Dynamic Contacts are users pulled directly from your HRIS system. When you use a Dynamic Contact List for your Kudos program, the recipient list automatically updates as your HRIS data changes.
This means:
• New employees are added automatically
• Removed employees are taken off the list
• No manual updates are required
Your Kudos program always reflects your current workforce.
⚠️ Important Notes About Dynamic Contact Lists
• Admins can adjust kudos amounts for existing recipients, effective in the next cycle
• Newly added users (via HRIS sync) always receive the default kudos amount
If you need to manually assign different budgets to each new user, use a Static Contact List instead

Step-by-Step Guide to Create a Kudos Program with a Dynamic Contact List
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.
Initiate Program Creation
- Click the "Create Kudos Program" button.
- If you have an existing program and want to create a new one, click the three dots and then select "Create New Program."
Fill Out the Program Details
- Fill out the form, such as the Program name, and specify your program start date.
- You may select a specific date and time for your program to start.
- You may also tick the "Start immediately" box and your program will begin sending kudos right after you create the order.
- Select a distinctive name for your recognition currency and determine its conversion rate. By default, it will be referred to as "Kudos."
- What is Recognition Currency? Recognition currency is a special form of acknowledgment exchanged between team members as a token of appreciation, which converts into redeemable points upon receipt.
- Define the allowance for each user and specify how frequently they receive it. This ensures a fair and consistent distribution of recognition currency throughout your organization. Click "NEXT" once done.
🔗How to add Dynamic Contacts
Integrate Your HRIS System:
- First, ensure that your HRIS system is already integrated into your account.
- Click on the DYNAMIC CONTACT LIST.

Choose a Provider
- For users who already have an integration set up in their account, you can proceed to the steps below:
- Click on the DYNAMIC CONTACT LIST.
- Select the Provider(s) or the HRIS you want to use for this program.
Use Filters
- Choose the appropriate filters that you want to set up for this program.
- Program users will automatically be added and removed to stay synced with the conditions set in your filter.
Preview Contact List
- Once the filters are set, click on PREVIEW CONTACT LIST
- A pop-up will show a Preview of the Recipient List base on the filter you have set up.
- If you are satisfied with the people in your list, click DONE.
- Click "NEXT" to proceed to the next steps once your Dynamic Contact List is set up.
Assign Kudos Allowances in a Dynamic Contact List
In the Dynamic contact list, admins can adjust amounts for existing recipients (effective next cycle), but newly added recipients(via dynamic) always get the default kudos.

- Under "kudos allowance for future users" enter the amount of kudos that you wish for newly added users to have.
👤 Assign Allowance for Existing Users
You can customize kudos amounts for current recipients in three different ways:
You have the flexibility to assign kudos amounts in various ways, whether you want to give the same amount to all recipients or different amounts to each recipient. Here are three methods to customize your kudos distribution:
1. Assign the Same Amount to All Recipients
If you want to give the same kudos amount to all recipients, follow these steps:
- Under the current user list, enter the desired kudos allowance.
- Click the ASSIGN TO ALL button.
- Click NEXT to continue.
2. Assign Custom Amounts to Selected Recipients
You can assign custom amounts to specific recipients by following these steps:
- Tick the box next to each recipient's name you want to send custom amounts.
- Enter the desired kudos allowance for the selected recipients.
- Click the "ASSIGN SELECTED" button.
- Repeat the same process to assign an allowance for the remaining users.
- Click "NEXT" to continue.
3. Assign Different Amounts to Recipient
If you want to give different kudos amounts to some of your recipients, follow these steps:
- Simply enter the desired amount for your recipient in the "ALLOWANCE" field.
- Then click the NEXT button to continue.
Payment and Confirmation
- Select your payment method.
- Enter your billing country and billing ZIP code, then click "REVIEW & PAY."
- Review the program details, then click "Pay Now."
Congratulations! Your Kudos Program has been created!
