🔄 When Should You Turn Off HRIS Dynamic Sync?

Turning off HRIS dynamic contact sync is helpful if you want to:
• Manually manage program users
• Prevent automatic additions or removals from your HRIS
• Lock in a fixed list of participants for your Kudos program

Once disabled, existing users will remain in the program, but future updates must be managed manually by a program admin.

 

🧭 Step-by-Step: How to Turn Off HRIS Dynamic Contact Sync

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Select a Kudos Program

• If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.

• If you have multiple kudos programs, just click on the drop-down arrow on the upper right and select the program that you wish to check.

Go to the User Management Section:

• Click on the USER TAB and select VIEW ALL

 Edit Syncing Settings

Under the Users section:

• Click the pencil icon to edit user syncing settings

Turn Off the HRIS Sync

• In User Syncing Settings, locate “Update program users dynamically”

• Click the green toggle to turn it off

When disabled, the toggle will turn gray, indicating HRIS sync is no longer active.

Save Changes

• Review the pop-up confirmation message

• ⚠️Important Note Before You Proceed:
  • Existing users will remain in the program
  • Users will no longer be added or removed automatically
  • Program admins must manage users manually going forward

• Click SAVE to continue

Switching To Fixed List

• In the next pop-up window, click YES, SWITCH TO FIXED LIST

• This finalizes the change from a Dynamic Contact List to a Fixed List

Confirmation

• Once complete, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that user data syncing has been updated successfully.
