🔄 What Happens When You Turn On HRIS Sync?
When HRIS sync is enabled:
• Users are automatically added or removed based on HRIS data
• Your program switches to a Dynamic Contact List
• New users receive the default kudos allowance
• Billing updates may occur when new users are added
🧭 Step-by-Step: How to Turn On HRIS Dynamic Contact Sync
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.
Select a Kudos Program
- If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.
- If you have multiple kudos programs, just click on the drop-down arrow on the upper right and select the program that you wish to check.
Go to the User Management Section:
- Click on the USER TAB and select VIEW ALL
Integrate Your HRIS System:
- First, ensure that your HRIS system is already integrated into your account. You can refer to the article below on how to set it up: ✨How to set up an integration
Edit Syncing Settings
Under the Users section:
- Click the Configure link to edit user syncing settings
Turn On the HRIS Sync
In User Syncing Settings, locate “Update program users dynamically”
Click the grey toggle to turn it on
When enabled, the toggle will turn green, indicating HRIS sync is active.
Configure HRIS Sync Details
Enter the KUDOS AMOUNT
- Select the HRIS provider you want to use
- Choose the filters that define who is included in the program
Click SAVE to continue.
Users will now be added or removed automatically based on these filters.
Keep or Remove Manually Added Users
If users were previously added manually, choose one of the following:
• Keep them in the program
• Remove them from the list
⚠️ Important Notes
• Removed users will have their remaining Kudos balance returned to the program in the next cycle
• HRIS syncing will not affect users that remain manually added.
Confirm User Changes
Review the Order Summary and Conditions
Click CONFIRM AND PAY
💡 The payment method linked to the program will be charged when new users are added through HRIS sync.
Confirmation
- Once complete, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that user data syncing has been updated successfully.

⚠️ Note: Once you turn off the sync, future HRIS updates will no longer automatically add or remove recipients. You will need to manage your user list manually.
