This program is an excellent way to foster a positive work environment by encouraging employees to recognize and appreciate one another's efforts.  It allows colleagues to acknowledge each other's contributions without attaching any monetary value, making it a simple yet meaningful gesture.

Steps in Creating a FREE Kudos Program

 

🔐Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

🧭Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

➕Initiate Program Creation

• Click the "Create Kudos Program" button.

• If you have an existing program and want to create a new one, click the three dots and then select "Create New Program."

📝Fill Out the Program Form

• Enter the necessary details on the program form
  • NAME YOUR PROGRAM
  • PROGRAM START DATE (defaults to the current date)
  • NAME YOUR RECOGNITION CURRENCY (e.g., kudos, points, etc.)
  • Make sure to tick the checkbox "Don't attach monetary value to Kudos."
  • ALLOWANCE PER USER
  • FREQUENCY (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) 

Note that the term "kudos" will be replaced with your chosen currency name. 

➡️Proceed To Next Steps

• Once you have added people to your contact list, click "NEXT" once you have selected your recipients.
• The sample below is for a Fixed Contact List.

🧮 Three Ways to Assign Custom Kudos Budgets

🟰 Option 1: Assign the Same Amount to All Recipients

If you want to give the same kudos amount to all recipients, follow these steps:

• Under the current user list, enter the desired kudos allowance.
• Click the ASSIGN TO ALL button.

 

• Click NEXT to continue.

 

🎯 Option 2: Assign Custom Amounts to Selected Recipients

You can assign custom amounts to specific recipients by following these steps:

• Tick the box next to each recipient's name you want to send custom amounts.
• Enter the desired kudos allowance for the selected recipients.
• Click the "ASSIGN SELECTED" button.

 

 

• Repeat the same process to assign an allowance for the remaining users.
• Click  "NEXT" to continue.

 

 

🧑‍💼 Option 3: Assign Different Amounts Individually

If you want to give different kudos amounts to some of your recipients, follow these steps:

• Simply enter the desired amount for your recipient in the "ALLOWANCE" field.
• Then click the NEXT button to continue. 

 

✅Finalize Your Program

• Once you're done assigning the kudos points, click FINISH.

🎉Confirmation

• A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the free program has been created. 
• Click CLOSE button to remove the pop-up message.

🔗Accessing and Integrating the Kudos Program

⚙️Settings Page

• You'll then be routed to the settings page. Here, you can integrate the program with Slack or Microsoft Teams if desired. Below is a link to the article on how to integrate with Slack and Microsoft Teams.

• Otherwise, click the "GO TO FEED" link to access the Kudos Program feed.

📰Kudos Program Feed

On the Kudos Program Feed, when someone receives kudos (or your chosen currency), note that there is no option to spend it, as there is no monetary value attached to the kudos.
