This guide walks you through how to connect Stadium’s Kudos Program to your Slack workspace, making it easy to send kudos, award points, and celebrate achievements directly within Slack channels. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to set up the Slack integration quickly and keep recognition visible, timely, and impactful across your organization.

Steps to streamline your Integrate Your Kudos Program with Slack App
 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Select a Kudos Program

• If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.

• If you have multiple kudos programs, just click on the drop-down arrow on the upper right and select the program that you wish to integrate with Slack.

Initiate Slack Integration

• Click on the "CONNECT" link in the Slack integration message or access settings by clicking the gear icon.

Access Slack Integration Settings

• In settings, navigate to Integration and locate the Slack App. Click on "CONNECT" to initiate the integration.

Sign in to Slack Workspace

• If not already signed in, use your Stadium account email (matching your Slack workspace email) to sign in to Slack.
• Please note that the email address of your Stadium account must be the same email that is used in your Slack workspace. Members must also use the same email address on Slack as what was added to the recipient list during the order setup otherwise they won't be able to send the kudos points in Slack.

Read and Acknowledge Disclaimer

• Understand the permissions and capabilities of Stadium within your Slack workspace as outlined in the disclaimer. Scroll down to continue.

Select Slack Channel

• Choose the Slack channel where you want to post kudos points and recognition messages.

Authorize Integration

• After selecting the channel, click "ALLOW" to authorize the integration and proceed.

Confirmation

• You'll be redirected to the Integrations page, where the status of the Slack App should indicate a successful connection.

• On the Slack App, you will also see the notification of the Kudos Program successfully added to the channel.

Congratulations! Your kudos recognition program is now seamlessly integrated with Slack channels, empowering your team to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
