You have the flexibility to choose which swag items from your collections or locker are visible in your Stadium Shops. Follow these simple steps to tailor the visibility of swag items according to your preference:

 

Step-by-step guide on How to make swag items visible or invisible on your shop via the Swag Page

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the swag collection or locker is created.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access ALL PRODUCTS

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the ALL PRODUCTS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a shop swag collection, bulk order, or even items added to your inventory.

Filter Swag Collections and Swag Lockers by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace

💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Here's how:

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose shops you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the shops created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.

Locate and Choose Items

For Swag Collections

• Look for a swag collection in the "DESIGN READY" state.
• Click "View All" to see all the swag items in that swag collection, then find the item/s you want to add to your shops, either from a design collection or your inventory.

For Swag Locker

• Browse through your inventory and select the swag item you previously added to your shop.

• If a locker has more than four items, click “View All” to see the remaining items.

Select and Modify Swag Items

• Navigate through your swag collection or swag locker items list and choose the item(s) you wish to modify in a particular shop.
• After clicking on the item, you will be taken to a new page.

View Activity Log

• On the item details page, scroll to the bottom to find the "Activity Log."
   

Toggle Item Visibility

• Within the Activity Log, view the list of shops where the item is added under the "SHOP NAME" column.
• Under the "VISIBLE" column, utilize the eye icons to toggle visibility, making the item visible or invisible for a specific shop.
