Need to remove a swag collection from your shop? This guide will walk you through the steps to locate, manage, and remove your swag collection from a shop on the Swag page. Whether you're updating your inventory or refining your product offerings, follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process.
Steps to Remove a Swag Collection
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Workspace where the swag collection is created.
Navigate to Your Swag Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Swag
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page.
Access SAVED DESIGNS
- Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
- On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a swag collection, bulk order, and requested swag mock-ups.
Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)
If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace
💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Removing Your Collection
- Locate the collection you want to remove from one of your shops.
- Click the three dots (...) on the right side of your collection.
- Select "Remove all from Shop Catalog".
- In the pop-up box:
• Shops containing the collection are highlighted
• Shops without the collection are grayed out
5. Select the highlighted shop you wish to remove the collection from, then click "REMOVE".
6. A confirmation message saying "Collection Removed from shop successfully!" will appear.
⚠️Note: You can only remove a collection from one shop at a time. If you need to remove your collection from multiple shops, repeat these steps for each shop.
