Easily filter Kudos Programs by owner to find programs created by specific users in your company Workspace. The Owned By filter in Stadium helps Workspace users with the appropriate Kudos Program permissions quickly find and manage programs created by different users. This makes it easier to organize, review, and manage multiple Kudos Programs without having to search through the entire program list.

Important Note ⚠️

• If you have permission to access and manage Kudos Programs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Kudos Programs created by other users in your company Workspace.

• 💡The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains Kudos Programs created by multiple users.
   

Here is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Filter Kudos Programs by Owner 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the Kudos Program is created.

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Open the Program List

• On the Kudos Program page, locate the three dots and select "View All Programs"

👤 Filter Kudos Programs by Owner

If you have permission to access and manage Kudos Programs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to view Kudos Programs created by other users in your company Workspace.

1. Click the drop-down arrow next to OWNED BY to open the filter options.

2. In the search field, type the name of the user whose Kudos Programs you want to view.

3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name. You can select multiple users at the same time if needed.

4. Once selected, the system will automatically display the Kudos Programs created by the selected user(s)

The applied filters will appear under Applied Filters on the page.
