Step-by-Step Guide on How To Edit, Delete, or Add a New Channel on Your Kudos Program Integrated with Slack

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Select Recognition Program

• If you only have one kudos program set up, the website will directly route you to that program.

• If you have multiple recognition programs, use the drop-down arrow to choose the specific program integrated with Slack that you want to manage.

Access Program Settings

• Click on the gear icon to access the settings for your selected program.

Edit Configuration

• In the settings page, navigate to Integrations and then click on "EDIT CONFIGURATION."

Deleting Integration

Removing Entire Integration:

• If you wish to remove the program entirely from your Slack Workspace, click on "REMOVE INTEGRATION."

Deleting from Specific Channel:

• Alternatively, if you want to remove the integration from a specific Slack channel only, click on the trash can icon next to that channel.

Adding a New Channel

Add New Channel:

• To include additional Slack channels, click on "ADD NEW CHANNEL" and search for the desired channel.

Authorization:

• Once you've found the new channel, click "ALLOW" to authorize the integration for that channel.

• Once done, you will see the new Slack channel added to your Settings page.
