Step-by-Step Guide on How To View the Status of Each Kudos Program
 

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     

• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

  
  

   

View All Programs

• Click the three-dot icon (...) located in the top-right corner of the screen.
• From the dropdown menu, select "See All Programs"

Check Program Status

• On the "All Kudos Programs" page, navigate to the "Created Programs" tab. Here you will find a comprehensive list of programs you have created, along with their respective statuses. The statuses are classified into four categories:

Understanding Program Status

Live

• This section shows all currently active programs. Details provided include the number of users, allowances, the number of recognitions issued, start dates, and more.
  
  
   

Incomplete

• These are programs you have started creating but have not yet completed. To continue setting up these programs, click on "Finish Setup."
  
  
  
   

To Be Started

• Programs that have been created but are scheduled to start at a later date. They will automatically commence on the specified start date.
  
  
   

Paused

• Programs that have been temporarily halted for various reasons, such as failed payments or other issues. Investigate and resolve any issues to resume these programs.
