If you're looking to update the payment method for your live Kudos Program at Stadium, this guide has you covered. Below are the steps to seamlessly change your payment method and ensure a smooth transition for your program.     

Step-by-Step Guide on Editing the Payment Method in your Kudos Program
 

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Choose the Program

• From the list of programs, choose the one for which you want to update the payment method by clicking the arrow-down icon.

Access Program Settings

• Once you've selected the correct program, click on the gear icon to access its settings.

Navigate to Billing

• Within the program settings, locate the "BILLING" section. Here, you can see your current payment method and make changes to the payment method.
  
   

Change Payment Method

• Click CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD to see your available options.

• Choose your new payment method and click on UPDATE to save the changes. Please note changes will take effect on your next payment cycle.

Confirmation

• After hitting the UPDATE button, a confirmation message will appear to confirm that the change has been saved.

Congratulations! You have successfully updated the payment method of your live Kudos Program.
