Managing the allowance for each member in your Kudos Program is a crucial part of ensuring your team feels valued and appreciated. Whether you’re adjusting the budget to reflect company-wide changes or tailoring individual allowances to better suit your recognition goals, this guide will walk you through the process step-by-step. By following these instructions, you can easily update member allowances, keeping your program effective and your team motivated.  

Here Is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to  Change the Allowance of Each Member in Your Live Kudos Program:  

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
   

Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Kudos Programs Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kudos Programs" to access your Kudos program's page.

Access Program List

• On the Kudos Program page, locate the three dots and select "See All Programs"
  
  
  
   
• On the All Kudos Programs page, locate the specific program you want to update.
• Click the gear icon to access the settings for that program.
  
  
   

Peer-to-Peer  Users Dashboard

• Click on the Users tab.

• To find the member whose allowance you want to change, you can:

  • Search by Email: Use the search bar to enter the member’s email address.
    
    
     
  • Use Filter Options: Filter by allowance to locate the member with the specific allowance.
    
    

  
   

Change Allowance 

• Click the "edit" icon next to the member whose allowance you want to update.
  
  
   

Update the Allowance

• Change the allowance amount for the selected member.
  
  
   

Please note:
*Any changes in allowance will take effect on your next cycle.
**This is a recurring payment. You'll be charged every month via your selected payment method.

• Once you set the budget, click "APPLY CHANGES".
  
  

Confirmation

• A notification will pop up confirming that the allowance has been successfully updated.
