Managing your branded swag collections in Stadium Shops is important for keeping your catalog organized and up to date.
This step-by-step guide will show you how to archive active and inactive swag collections, what happens when collections are archived, and how to restore archived swag back into your shop.

How To Restore an Archived Swag Collection
Step-by-step guide on How to Archive a Branded Swag Collection from Your Shop's Dashboard
Log In to Your Stadium Account:
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Navigate to the Shops Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Shops
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Shops" to access your shop's page.
Select Your Live Shop
- On the " Shops" page, navigate to LIVE Shops, then click on the specific shop you'd like to access.
Archive Branded Swag (In Catalog)
- In your BRANDED SWAG tab, go to SAVED DESIGNS
- Under the Available Swag, look for the collection you wish to archive with the status "IN CATALOG"
Locate the "Archive Collection" button
- Once you have found the swag collection you wish to archive, click the three-dot menu next to the collection
- From the given options, click on Archive Collection.
Archive the Swag Collection
- After clicking on "Archive Collection," confirm through the message prompt.
- Click YES, ARCHIVE COLLECTION
Please note: Once archived, your collection will be instantly removed from all current shops and kits it’s added to.
Confirmation
- You have successfully archived your active collection.
- You may now check your shop to verify the changes.
Please note that the Merch category in the shop catalog will be removed if all of the added swag collections in your shop are archived.
Here is a sample shop catalog when all the swag collections are removed
Archive Branded Swag (Not In Catalog)
If the collection is labeled "NOT IN CATALOG," it means it is not currently active in your shop
- In the Available Swag list, look for collections labeled NOT IN CATALOG
Locate the "Archive Collection" button
- Look for the collection you want to archive, and click the three-dot menu next to the collection
- From the given options, click on Archive Collection.
Archive the Swag Collection
- After clicking on "Archive Collection," confirm through the message prompt.

Click YES, ARCHIVE COLLECTION
Please note: Once archived, your collection will be instantly removed from all current shops and kits it’s added to.
Confirmation
- You have successfully archived your inactive collection.
How To Restore an Archived Swag Collection
- In your BRANDED SWAG tab, go to ARCHIVED.
- Under the Your archived swag designs, look for the collection you wish to restore.
Locate the "Restore" button
- Look for the collection you want to restore and click the three-dot menu next to the collection
- From the given options, click on Restore Collection.
Confirmation on The Restoration of The Swag Collection
- You will see a confirmation message on the upper right of the screen once the swag collection is restored.
- You will also see the restored swag collection in the SAVED DESIGN PAGE
Please note: Once an archived swag collection is restored, it will not be automatically added on the shop or kits. They must be re-added manually.
