Need a copy of your order receipt? With just a few clicks, you can download your order receipt directly from your Stadium Order Dashboard. Follow these simple steps to find and download your order receipt hassle-free.

 

Step-by-Step Guide on How to Download Your Order Receipt

Navigate to the Orders Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Orders page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Orders" to access your order details.

Download Your Receipt

• Identify or search for the specific order for which you need the receipt from the list.
• Look for a drop-down button or an arrow icon located at the right corner of the order details. Click on it to reveal additional options.
• Among the additional options displayed, click on "DOWNLOAD INVOICE" to download your order receipt.
•  Depending on your account settings, you may encounter three different options for downloading the receipt.

Option 1 - Self-Orders:

Option 2 - Swag Catalog Orders:

Option 3- Sent Gifts Orders:

Note:
For shop or kit sent gifts, you will have the option to download a summary of all transactions or a specific transaction within that shop/kit order.

Save or Print

• Once the receipt is downloaded, save the file for your records. If necessary, you can also print the receipt for your convenience.

By following these steps, you can quickly and easily download your order receipt from the Stadium dashboard whenever needed.
