Step-by-Step Guide on How to Download Your Order Receipt

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  
  

Access Your Orders

• Locate the drop-down button next to your profile name.
• Click on it and select "MY ORDERS" from the menu to access a list of your past orders.
  
  

Download Your Receipt

• Identify or search for the specific order for which you need the receipt from the list.
• Look for a drop-down button or an arrow icon located at the right corner of the order details. Click on it to reveal additional options.
• Among the additional options displayed, click on "DOWNLOAD INVOICE" to download your order receipt. Depending on your account settings, you may encounter two different options for downloading the receipt.

Save or Print

• Once the receipt is downloaded, save the file for your records. If necessary, you can also print the receipt for your convenience.
