Cancellation Window:
We are unable to process an exchange for on-demand items or items that ship directly from vendors after the order is placed. However, if your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel the order instead.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and similar digital products, cannot be refunded or exchanged once they are in your digital hands. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming the purchase of these items.

Swag Items Exchange and Return Requests:
In most cases, we don't usually accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. But, there's one exception – if your sender pre-purchased swag and it's hanging out in our warehouse, you can return it. Just know that a $13 restocking fee applies. Talk with our customer service team to find out if your swag is applicable for a return.

Accidental Orders:

Once an order leaves our warehouse or the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
