If you need to change your order, here's what you need to know:

Cancellation Window:
We are unable to process an exchange for on-demand items or items that ships directly from vendors after the order is placed. However, if your order has not processed yet, we can cancel the order instead.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours for most products. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and they will assist you with the cancellation process.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and similar digital products, cannot be refunded or exchanged once they are in your digital hands. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming the purchase of these items.

Swag Items Exchange and Return Requests:
In most cases, we don't usually accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. But, there's one exception – if your sender pre-purchased swag and it's hanging out in our warehouse, you can return it. Just know that a $13 restocking fee applies. Talk with our customer service team to find out if your swag is applicable for a return.

Accidental Orders:
If you accidentally check out with an individual order but were supposed to redeem a gift, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or refunded. However, if you reach out to us promptly, we will do our best to assist you.
