IMPORTANT NOTE
If you need to change or update the address in your order, here's what you need to know:

Editing Window:
You can edit the address in your order within an hour from the time that the order was placed.

Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and similar digital products, cannot be refunded once they are in your digital hands. We recommend double-checking your order before confirming the purchase of these items.

Entered Wrong Country
If you accidentally selected the wrong country during checkout, cancel your order within the 1-hour cancellation window. Since menus vary by country, the system does not support changing countries after the order is placed. -
Accidental Orders:
If you checked out with the wrong order type (e.g., "Myself" instead of a redeemable gift), cancel the order within the 1-hour cancellation window. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Order Already Shipped/Fulfilled:
If your order has already been shipped or fulfilled, address changes are no longer possible.
Entry Points for Address Changes
There are three entry points to update the address in your order:
Entry Point 1: Order Confirmation Page
- After placing an order, you’ll be taken to the Order Confirmation page.
- You’ll see a message indicating you have 1 hour to edit your order.
- Click the “Edit Order” button to start the editing process.
Note for MySelf orders and Redeemable Gifts with restricted links: These orders are automatically approved.
For Priceless Shop Redeemable Orders and Redeemable Gifts with Magic Links: The order must be approved by the gift sender, but changes must be made within 1 hour.
Entry Point 2: My Orders Page
- From the Order Confirmation page, click the "GO TO MY ORDERS" button.
- Alternatively, click the drop-down menu next to your name and select "My Orders."
- Locate the relevant order by searching using its order number.
- Click the drop-down arrow to access the "EDIT ORDER" option.
Entry Point 3: Order Tracking Page
- Navigate to the "My Orders" page and find your recent order.
- Click "VIEW ITEMS & TRACKING" to open the Order Tracking page.
- On the Order Tracking page, you will see the Edit Order button.
Steps to Update Your Address:
Start the Edit Process:
- After clicking on the "Edit Order" button from any entry points stated previously, the system will then show a child window showing how much time you have left to make changes to your order.
- Go to the SHIPPING ADDRESS section.
- Select "EDIT" to initiate the process
Enter the New Shipping Details
- Enter the updated address in the fields provided.
- Click on SAVE CHANGES.
Confirm Address Details
- If the system cannot verify the new address, you will be prompted to confirm it manually by selecting "ADDRESS IS CORRECT" or edit it by choosing "EDIT ADDRESS".
Save Changes
- Review the updated address and click "SAVE CHANGES".
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will appear on your screen once the changes are successfully saved.
By following these simple steps, you can ensure your order is delivered to the correct address without any hassle. Remember to act quickly—address changes are only possible within the 1-hour editing window.
