Peace of Mind Protection (POMP) is an optional service that can be added to eligible Stadium gift orders during checkout.

It is designed to provide additional support if certain issues occur with an order after it has been delivered. If an eligible issue is approved, Stadium may provide credits that can be used toward future purchases on the platform.

Note: Peace of Mind Protection is not insurance. Approval of requests is determined by Stadium after reviewing the reported issue.

Please report issues within the following timeframes:

• Lost or damaged items: Within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Missing items or incorrect swag sizes: Within 15 days of the delivery date.

🔁 Is there a limit to how many times I can use Peace of Mind Protection? 

• There is no limit to the number of times you can use the Peace of Mind Protection service as long as you have purchased the protection for each eligible order. POMP can not be transferred to a different order.

🛒 Can I purchase Peace of Mind Protection after checkout?

• No. Peace of Mind Protection must be selected during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

💵 Is Peace of Mind Protection refundable?  

• Peace of Mind Protection is non-refundable.

• If your request is approved, any eligible credits issued will remain available in your Stadium account for future use.
