Peace of Mind Protection (POMP) is an optional service available during checkout on our platform. For just $3, you can add this protection to your gift package to safeguard against potential issues like damaged or missing items. This is not insurance. Stadium does not guarantee a credit of any amount and reserves the right to deny any request at our discretion.

This opt-in service covers the following issues:
- Damaged Items
- Missing Items
- Lost Packages
- Incorrect Swag Sizes
🗓️How long do I have to report an issue?
Report lost or damaged items within 7 days of the delivery date
Report all other issues within 15 days of delivery
📞How do I report an issue?
Reach out to our team via the ✨Contact Us form or the website chatbot. Provide the following:
Your email address
Order number
Description of the issue
Supporting photos (damaged package/item, items received, sizing measurements if needed)
⏳What happens after I report an issue?
- Once your issue is reported, we will review the details and determine if it qualifies for a credit. If approved, you will receive a credit that can be used at any time within Stadium. These credits never expire.

🔁 Is there a limit to how many times I can use Peace of Mind Protection?
- There is no limit to the number of times you can use the Peace of Mind Protection service as long as you have purchased the protection for each eligible order. POMP can not be transferred to a different order.
🛒 Can I purchase Peace of Mind Protection after checkout?
- No, Peace of Mind Protection must be added at checkout and cannot be purchased retroactively.
💵 Is Peace of Mind Protection refundable?
- The $3 POMP fee is non-refundable. However, if your issue is approved, your credit will remain available for future use.
