At Stadium, we're all about seamless gifting and ensuring you get the best gift out there. Sometimes, though, things don't go as planned, so here's the lowdown on how we handle refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations for recipient orders.

Cancellations
Change of plans? No biggie! You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order.
Accidentally check out with an order that was supposed to be a gift? Cancel your order within the 1-hour cancelation window.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Items like virtual gift cards, experience vouchers, and the like can't be refunded once they're in your digital hands.
Unclaimed/Unused Physical Gift Cards
The funds on the physical gift cards must be used prior to the expiration date. The Card has a “VALID THRU” expiration date embossed on the front of the Card. Once this expiration date has passed, the Card will be voided. All funds on the Card expire on the expiration date shown on the Card. If you do not spend all the funds on the Card prior to this expiration date, the remaining funds will not be available to you. You have no right to the funds except to use them for authorized purchases prior to the expiration date of the Card.
Returns and Exchanges
In most cases, we don't usually accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. But, there's one exception – if your sender pre-purchased swag and it's hanging out in our warehouse, you can return it. Just know that a $13 restocking fee applies. Talk with our customer service team to find out if your swag is applicable for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you've received a damaged product or the wrong items, let us know within 3 days of getting your package by snapping a quick pic of the issue and sending it our way. These pictures help us process your refund or get you the right stuff. We just want to be sure we're on the same page!
Refunds
If something's gone awry with your order, don't worry – we've got your back. We'll take a look at the situation and work on your refund request. Please keep in mind that the outcome can vary depending on the specific circumstances, but we'll do our best to make it right for you. Funds cannot be removed from the Stadium.
Returned Packages, Missing Packages, Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If you have any returned or lost packages, please don't hesitate to reach out to us within 30 days after the package was marked as delivered or returned. We are here to help and will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution for you.

Incorrect address
If you or your customer provided an address that the courier considers insufficient or an incorrect address, please reach out to us so we can check the order. Depending on the product in your order we may be able to reship the items to the correct address, you will be liable for the costs of the shipping fee. If the product can not be re-shipped, you will have to place a new order and will be liable for the cost.

Rejected by the recipient
In the rare event that your customer rejects the shipment during delivery, no need to stress! The package will be returned to the sender, and if you decide to resend it, you will only be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the product is returned after 30 days, or if the product ordered is a perishable item, you may need to cover the cost of a new order.

Unclaimed packages
If your customer is unable to receive their order at the specified address, not to worry! The shipments may be available for pick up at their local post office or carrier pick-up point. In the rare case that the package goes unclaimed, it will be returned to the sender. If this happens, please reach out to us within 30 days after the package is marked as returned so we can investigate further. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
