Looking to add new swag items to your Stadium Shop? This guide will help you understand how to add specific items from swag collections available in your saved designs to your Stadium Shop. 

Follow the steps below to seamlessly integrate new swag items into your shop.

 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the Workspace where the swag collection is created.

Navigate to Your Swag Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Swag
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Swag" to access your swag page. 

Access SAVED DESIGNS

• Click the "VIEW BY COLLECTION" button.
• On the SAVED DESIGNS page, you will see all the swag collections in your account, including the mock-ups for a swag collection, bulk order, and requested swag mock-ups.

Filter Swag Collections by Owner (For Company Workspace Users)

If you have permission to access and manage shared swag designs, you can use the OWNED BY filter to quickly view swag designs and swag lockers created by specific users within your company Workspace

💡 Note: The OWNED BY filter will only appear if the Workspace contains swag designs and swag lockers created by multiple users.

Choose a Collection in the "DESIGN READY" State

• Scroll down until you find a collection that is in the "DESIGN READY" state. 
• Click on View All to see all items in this swag collection.

• Browse the swag collection or use the search bar to look for the swag item you wish to add to your shop.
• Select the item you want to add, like the Duffel bag from the sample swag collection below.

Add Swag Item to Your Shop

• You'll be directed to the main page of the selected item.
• Click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper right corner and select Add to Shop.

• Alternatively, you can scroll down to the Activity Log section and click the ADD TO SHOP button.

Shop Selection

• Choose from the existing shops in your account.
• If you’re in a Company Workspace and have access to shared shops, you’ll also see shops created by other users within the same Workspace.

• Click on the ADD button to successfully add it to your shop.

Confirmation

To confirm the item has been added, check the Activity Log on the item details page. The shop should be listed as one of the associated shops for the item.

**For additional features, use the eye icon on the Activity Log to control the item's visibility on a specific shop.
