Are you looking to use your Stadium Wallet credits to place an order? Whether you're new to using Stadium Wallet or need a refresher on the steps, this guide will walk you through the entire process. From logging in to finalizing your purchase, we’ve got you covered. Follow these simple instructions to make the most of your Stadium Wallet and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use your Stadium Wallet when ordering from a Stadium Shop or other shops in your account:

Log In to Your Stadium Account:

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
  
  

Access My Funds Page:

• Click on the drop-down arrow next to your account name then select My Funds.

Navigate to Available Shops:

View Your Points:

• On the My Funds page, you are going to see your total MY STADIUM POINTS, SHOP POINTS, WALLET CREDITS, and KUDOS points

• On the Spend & Redeem Section, you are going to see all gifts that you have not redeemed yet. Whether it's a SnackMagic Gift or a Shop gift order.

View the Redeemed Shop Points and all available shops in your account

• After you have redeemed the shop points, scroll down to see all the shops where you received gifts and the available shop points of shop credits you have left from that shop.

• You will also see the Stadium Gift Shop available in your account, where you can order items by paying via card, My Stadium Points, or Stadium Wallet credits.

• Click on the SHOP NOW  button on the shop you've chosen to start shopping! 

Start Shopping

• Browse the  Shop catalog and add your desired items to your cart. Whether it's delectable snacks, exclusive swag, or eGift Cards, you'll find something special to treat yourself or others.

Proceed to Checkout:

• With your chosen items safely tucked in your cart, proceed to the checkout. Here, you'll finalize your selection by clicking CHECKOUT  or clicking the Bag Icon.

Complete Your Order:

• During the checkout process, you'll be prompted to choose or add your shipping address. Once your details are in place, click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT" to move to the next step.

Choose Stadium Wallet as Your Payment Method:

• At the payment stage, you'll be presented with various payment options. 
• Under MY STADIUM FUNDS, Click on "My Wallet" then click the drop-down, and then select " My Wallet"
• Click REVIEW & PAY to proceed.

Finalize Your Redemption:

• Confirm your selection and click "PAY NOW" to complete your order.
  
  

Confirmation Page:

• Once the order is successfully placed, you will see a confirmation page with your order number, the ability to download your receipt, go to your orders page, or go back to the home page.
  

Congratulations! You've successfully placed an order using your Stadium Wallet.
