Step-by-Step Guide on How to Purchase Stadium Points for Your Company Workspace Wallet
 

Log in to Your Account

• Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
• Log in using your credentials.
• Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
• If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.

For Users With Multiple Workspaces:

• Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.

• Select the company Workspace you want to manage.

Navigate to the Wallets Page

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to the Wallets Page
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your wallets page.

Locate the Company Workspace Points Wallet

• If you are a Workspace owner, you can buy points to either your User's Default Points Wallet or your Default Workspace Points Wallet.

💡 Note: Any points added, whether in the User's Default Points Wallet or the Default Workspace Points Wallet, go directly to the owner’s account. The only difference is how the transactions are displayed.

• If you are an admin, sender, or member, you will only have access to the User's Default Points Wallet in your company Workspace. They are not able to purchase points for the Default Workspace Points Wallet.

Buy Stadium Points

• From the Default Points Wallet page, click the three-dots (⋯) button.

• Select BUY POINTS from the dropdown menu.

User's Default Points Wallet View:

Enter Purchase Details

• Enter the amount you want to spend to buy Stadium Points.

• The system will automatically display the equivalent number of Stadium Points based on your amount.

• You can also change the payment currency if needed.

• Click NEXT to proceed.

Enter A Payment Method

• On the payment page, either add a new payment method or select an existing one.
• Click CONTINUE to save changes.

Add Billing Information

• Scroll down and enter the BILLING COUNTRY  and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• You can also add a billing note if needed.
• Click CONTINUE  to proceed.

Finalize the Payment:

• Review the summary of your order before proceeding to payment.
• Once you are satisfied, click PAY NOW to complete the payment.

A confirmation page with the order summary will appear, where you can do the following:

• Download the invoice 
• Expand it to view the order summary

View User's Default Points Wallet History

• After successfully adding funds, you can view your transaction history and updated balance in your Default Points Wallet.

View Default Workspace Points Wallet History

• If you are a Workspace owner, you will also see your updated transaction history and balance in the Default Workspace Points Wallet under the My Stadium Points section.
