Need full visibility into your team’s Wallet activity? With Stadium’s Company Workspace Default Wallet, you can easily track transaction history, monitor fund allocations, review spending activity, and download detailed Wallet reports in just a few clicks.
Whether you're a Workspace owner, admin, sender, or member, this guide will walk you through how to access Wallet history, filter transactions, check transaction notes, and download your Wallet history report in CSV format.

Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Check the Default Workspace Wallet Transactions and Download the Transactions History:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the company Workspace you want to manage.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Company Workspace Default Wallet
- If you are a Workspace owner, you can see fund transactions to either your User's Default Wallet or your Default Workspace Wallet.
💡 Note: Any funds added or spent by the owner will be recorded directly in both the User's Default Wallet and the Default Workspace Wallet.
- If you are an admin, sender, or member, you will only have access to the User's Default Wallet in your Company Workspace.
Access Wallet History
- On the Wallet page, scroll down to the bottom to view the Wallet History.

Checking Wallet Transaction History
Review Transaction History
- The Wallet History page will display all past transactions, including fund allocations, spending, funds added, failed transactions, revoked funds, etc.
User's Default Wallet View
The User's Default Wallet will only display the Wallet History of the user's past transactions.
Default Workspace Wallet View:
The Default Workspace Wallet will display the past transactions of all the users in the Company Workspace.
Looking For Specific Transactions
- In both the User's Default Wallet view and Workspace Wallet's view, you can use the search bar to find transactions by user name, amount, date, or other details.
- Apply filters to narrow results based on transaction type or specific users.

Check Transaction Notes
To view transaction notes in both the User's Default Wallet View and the Default Workspace Wallet View:
Locate the transaction in the list.
Click the down arrow (▼) next to the transaction.
Review the expanded details.
From the expanded section, you can:
📝 View transaction notes added during order setup or the order number if an order is placed.
📄 Download the invoice
⚠️ See details of a failed transaction
🔄 Review information about funds revocation
Downloading Wallet History
- On the Wallet History section, click the three-dot menu next to the filter button.
- Select Download Wallet History to save a copy of all transactions.
- The file will be downloaded in CSV format for easy record-keeping and reporting.
