Need to transfer funds from your Default Workspace Wallet or User Default Wallet, move money to other Wallets, or track transactions across your workspace? This guide explains how Workspace owners and admins can securely transfer funds, choose the source and destination Wallet, select balance types, and monitor completed transfers. Follow these steps to ensure accurate fund management, smooth allocation to team members, and full visibility in both the default Workspace Wallet and the user's default Wallet transaction history.
Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Transfer Funds From Your Company Workspace Default Wallets:
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the company Workspace you want to manage.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Company Workspace Wallet
- If you are a Workspace owner, you can transfer funds from either your User's Default Wallet or your Default Workspace Wallet.
💡 Note: Any funds transfer initiated by the Workspace owner from the Default Workspace Wallet will always be deducted from the owner’s User Default Wallet balance, even if the transfer is processed through the Default Workspace Wallet interface.
- If you are an admin or a sender, you will only have access to the User's Default Wallet in your company Workspace.
Initiate Funds Transfer
- On the Default Wallet's page, click the three-dot menu to show more options.
- Click Transfer Funds.
💡 Note: Funds transferred by the Workspace owner from the Default Workspace Wallet are always taken from the Owner’s User Default Wallet balance, regardless of where the transfer is initiated.

Transfer Funds Between Wallets
Fill out the transfer form shown in the pop-up window.
Transfer From
- Select the Wallet you want to transfer funds from. This field is prefilled with your default Wallet, but you can click the dropdown to choose a different Wallet if needed.
Transfer To
- Use the first dropdown to select the destination Wallet where the funds will be sent.
Select Balance
Choose the balance type associated with the destination Wallet from the dropdown menu.
Types of Balance:
Allocated to me - Refers to your allocated balance within the selected destination Wallet.
Unassigned - Refers to the unallocated balance within the selected destination Wallet.
In this example, we will transfer the funds to your balance in the selected destination Wallet.
Enter Amount
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer. The available balance is displayed below the field to help ensure the amount entered does not exceed the Wallet’s balance.
Add a Note (Optional)
Enter a reference note for the transfer, such as the purpose of the funds. This step is optional.
Complete the Transfer
Once all required fields are filled out, click TRANSFER to complete the transaction. The button will remain disabled until all required information is provided.
Confirmation
- Once the transfer is completed, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.
- The transaction will also be recorded in both the User’s Default Wallet and the Default Workspace Wallet transaction history, allowing you to easily track the transfer from either view.
User's Default Wallet View:

- In the Default Workspace Wallet History, this will be marked as "Funds Transferred Out."
Check the Completed Transfer
- Go to the destination Wallet to check if the funds were transferred successfully.

- Confirm that the funds have been successfully added
- Check the transaction history for proper tracking.
- In the destination Wallet's history, this will be marked as "Funds Transferred In"
