Workspace owners can easily distribute unallocated points to team members, ensuring everyone has the funds they need to complete tasks. With just a few clicks, you can allocate points, track balances, and maintain full visibility of how company Workspace points are distributed across your organization.
⚠️Important Note
Allocating funds from the Default Workspace Points Wallet is only available to the Workspace owner.
Unallocated funds appear in the Default Workspace Points Wallet when:
A member with a remaining balance is removed from the Workspace
The owner manually requests that funds be added to the Points Wallet
Step-by-Step Guide: Allocating Funds in the Default Workspace Points Wallet
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
Go to Your Company Workspace
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the Company Workspace you want to manage.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Default Company Workspace Points Wallet
- On the options, click on your Default Workspace Points Wallet
💡 Note: The owner's default Workspace Points Wallet is where unallocated points are stored for redistribution among your Workspace users.
Initiate Fund Allocation
- On the Default Workspace Points Wallet page, click ALLOCATE FUNDS under the Unallocated Stadium Points section.
Select Users
- Use the search bar to locate specific email addresses.
- Tick the checkboxes for the users who need funds.
- Click NEXT to proceed
Enter Allocated Amount
- Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.
- Enter the allocation amount for each selected user.

Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed
Review Your Allocation
- Review the allocation details.
- Click ALLOCATE POINTS to finalize the transfer.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.
- Click SHOW ALL to see a list of users who received funds.
- Click DONE to close the window.
Checking Updated Balance
After confirming the allocation:
- You will be redirected to the Points Wallet page.
- The remaining balance will be displayed at the top.
- Under Points Wallet Users, you’ll see the newly allocated amounts for each user.
