Need to allocate funds from your Default Company Workspace Wallet to your users? This guide explains how to distribute wallet balances to one or multiple members in your Workspace. You can easily transfer unallocated funds to team members for use in gifts, rewards, and recognition programs.
This article covers how to:
⚠️Important Note
Allocating funds from the Default Workspace Wallet is only available to the Workspace owner.
Unallocated funds appear in the Default Workspace Wallet when:
A member with a remaining balance is removed from the Workspace
The owner manually requests that funds be added to the Default Workspace Wallet
Step-by-Step Guide: Allocating Funds from the Default Workspace Wallet
Log in to Your Account
- Open your web browser and go to bystadium.com
- Log in using your credentials.
- Once logged in, you will automatically land in your default Company Workspace.
- If needed, you can change your default Workspace anytime from your Account Settings.
For Users With Multiple Workspaces:
Click the drop-down arrow next to your profile name in the top navigation bar.
Select the company Workspace you want to manage.
Navigate to the Wallets Page

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to the Wallets Page
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Wallets" to access your Wallets page.
Locate the Company Workspace Wallet
- On the options, click on your Default Workspace Wallet
💡 Note: The owner's default Workspace Wallet is where unallocated funds are stored for redistribution among your Workspace users.
Allocating Funds to Multiple Users
Allocating funds to multiple users is ideal when you want to distribute the same amount of funds to several members simultaneously.
Initiate Fund Allocation
- On the Default Workspace Wallet page, click ALLOCATE FUNDS next to the Wallet’s total balance.
Select Users
- Use the search bar to locate specific email addresses.
- Tick the checkboxes for the users who need funds.
- Click NEXT to proceed
Enter Allocated Amount
- Check your current balance to ensure the amount does not exceed the remaining funds.
- Enter the allocation amount for each selected user.

Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional, but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed
Review Your Allocation
- Review the allocation details.
- Click SEND FUNDS to finalize the transfer.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.
- Click SHOW ALL to see a list of users who received funds.
- Click DONE to close the window.
Allocating Funds to Individual Users
This method is useful when assigning different amounts to specific users.
Choose the User
- Scroll to the Wallet Users section.
Use the search bar or filters to find the specific user you want to allocate funds to.
Initiate Allocation
- Once you locate the user, click the card icon beside their balance to start the fund allocation process.
Enter Allocation Amount
- Review your balance to make sure you do not exceed the available funds.
- Enter the allocation amount for the selected user.
- Add a note for tracking purposes (e.g., the reason for allocation, name of admin who processed the allocation, etc.).
(Adding a note is optional but highly suggested if you wish to track who allocated the amount, for what reason, or any other necessary details needed for this allocation)
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Your Allocation
- Verify the allocation details.
- Click SEND FUNDS to complete the transfer.
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will display a summary of the allocation.
- Click DONE to close the window.
Checking the Updated Wallet Balance
After the allocation is complete:
You will be redirected to the default Workspace Wallet page.
The remaining balance will appear at the top of the page.
Under Wallet Users, you will see the updated allocated amounts for each user.
