Before using your User Default Workspace Wallet, make sure you have enough balance available.
 

Option 1: Add Funds to Your Wallet

Option 2: Receive Funds from Your Workspace Owner

• Your Workspace owner can allocate funds directly to your wallet.

  • Check your Default User Wallet page to view your balance
  • Or contact your Workspace owner if you're unsure about your available funds

⚠️ Note: Your Default Workspace Wallet is labeled with your first name + Workspace name

🚩How to Locate the User Default Wallet in your Workspace

If you are a Workspace Owner, you will see two default wallets in your account:

• User’s Default Wallet – Your personal wallet linked to your user account.

• Default Workspace Wallet – Here you can view all Wallet transactions from other Workspace users, see the total available balance, and allocate funds to other users in the Workspace.

You can add funds to your User’s Default Wallet to use for your own purchases or transactions.
 

• If you are an admin, sender, or member, you will only have access to the User's Default Wallet in your company Workspace.

💳 Step 2: Go to Checkout and Select Your Payment Method

• After adding your items to the cart (gifts, snacks, or Stadium Points), proceed to checkout.
• In the Payment Method section, select My Stadium Funds.
• Click on the Wallet Options to reveal your available balances.

👥 Step 3: Select Your Default Workspace Wallet

• Choose your User Default Workspace Wallet from the list. (⚠️ Note: Your Default Workspace Wallet is labeled with your first name + Workspace name)
• Make sure it has enough funds to cover your order
• The Wallet balance will automatically be applied to your purchase
