Here Is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Activate the Auto-Refill Option in The Default Workspace Wallet
Navigate to the Wallets Page
Follow these steps to access your Individual Wallet/ User Default Wallet:
- Click the Wallet icon or drop-down arrow in the top-right corner of the page to expand the Wallet menu.
- Under YOUR FUNDS, you'll see options for your Individual Wallets.
- Select the User Default Wallet to view your available balance and Wallet history.
User's Wallet Setup Behaviour
Company Workspace Owners
Any changes made in the owner’s User's Default Wallet also apply to the Default Workspace Wallet.
If an owner enables Auto-Refill in their User Default Wallet, Auto-Refill is automatically enabled for the Default Workspace Wallet.
Admins, Senders, and Members:
Changes made in their User Wallet do not affect the Default Workspace Wallet.
Enabling Auto-Refill in their user Wallet will only apply to their own Wallet.
Activating Auto-Refill in the User's Default Wallet Page
Initiate Activation
- On the User's Default Wallet page, click the SET UP button right next to Auto-Refill.
Set Up Auto-Refill

Enter the balance threshold
In the WHEN UNALLOCATED BALANCE GOES BELOW field, enter the dollar amount that will trigger the auto-refill.
Example: Enter 100 to trigger a refill when your balance drops below $100 USD.

Enter the refill amount
In the REFILL AMOUNT field, enter the dollar amount you want to be added to your balance each time auto-refill is triggered.
Example: Enter 1000 to add $1,000 USD to your balance.

Proceed to the next step
Once both fields are completed, the NEXT button will become active.
Click NEXT to continue setting up auto-refill.
Choose Payment Method
- Select your payment method and click "NEXT."
You can choose to enter new card details or select a saved card already linked to your account, if one is available.
If you add a new card, make sure all payment information is entered accurately before proceeding.

Click NEXT to proceed
Review and Confirm
- Review your Order Details.
- If everything is correct, click "CONFIRM."
Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation.
- Click "DONE" to view your Wallet.
- Go back to the Wallet dashboard. You will find that the Auto Refill status has already been changed to AUTO REFILL: EDIT
- A green status button will also appear, confirming that Auto Refill has been successfully enabled.

Deactivating Auto-Refill in Your User's Default Wallet Page
Initiate Deactivation
- In your User's Default Wallet page, click the EDIT button in the Auto-Refill section.
Remove Auto-Refill
- Click on REMOVE AUTO-REFILL.
Confirmation
- Once done, a confirmation message will show, and the status of Auto-Refill will change to SET UP.
