Looking to create and send swag kits using on-demand items through link redemption? This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you effortlessly set up and dispatch swag kits to your recipients. Whether you're sending items globally or within the US, follow these steps for a smooth and efficient process.

Here's a Step-by-Step Guide on Creating a Swag Kit Order via a Link redemption:

Go to Kits & Items Page:

• Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
  • Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
    (If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
    
     
• Navigate to Kits & Items
  • In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.

Create a New Kit

• Click on "CREATE A KIT"

Choose a Kit Type

• Select "On-Demand Swag" and click "NEXT" to proceed.

Note: On-demand items are shipped directly from our partners, so each item in your kit will be shipped separately.

Filter Swag Items

• Select whether to send swag globally or within the US before applying the "On-Demand" filter.

• If you have permission to access shared swag in your Workspace, you can also use the filter Designed By Others or All Designed Products.

• Click on the "On-Demand" filter. 

Select Swag Items
 

• Choose the items you want to include in your kit.
• You can use the search bar or filter categories to find the swag item(s) you want.

Add Swag Items to Kit

• Browse through the swag items available and select the ones you'd like to include in your Kit Order. Click "ADD TO KIT" for each selected item.

View and Edit Kit Contents

• To review what's been added to your Kit, click on the small pop-up page located at the lower right corner of the menu page. 
• Once your orders are complete, click "VIEW AND SEND" to proceed.

Edit Kit Details

• On the Kits Item page, rename the kit for easy reference, then click "NEXT" to continue.

Indicate Order Type and Add Recipient Counts

• If you want to send out invitation links to your recipients, click on "Recipients Redeem".
   
• Indicate the total quantity of US and non-US recipients.

Add Recipients on the Recipients Redeem Option

• Add recipient email addresses or information via manual input, CSV, or simply choose the recipients from your list of contacts if you have any. 
• Once done, click on NEXT to proceed to the next steps. 

Add Recipient Experience

• On the next page, enter the message you wish to appear in the Recipient Landing Page and Invitation Email.
• If you wish to add customization, such as a Video Message, check the corresponding box. If not, leave it unchecked. Note: *This customization is only available if you choose to send invitation links.*
• Select a date when you want the automated emails to be sent out. 
• Tick the box for Item Redemption if you wish your recipients to view the items you have picked out for them. 
• Click NEXT to proceed.

Checkout Page

Select Payment Method

• Choose or add your preferred payment method from the options provided.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Add Billing Information

• Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
• Click CONTINUE to proceed.

Process Payment

Confirmation

• Congratulations! Your order has been created.
• Download your invoice by clicking the download button.
• If you choose to send the invitation/redemption link yourself, copy the link from this page or download the QR code.
• Close the window by clicking "Done" or the "X" button.

Access Kit Home Page

• You'll be directed to your Kit's home page, where you can view the items, sent orders, and reports about your kit.
• If you haven't added your recipients' emails during the order process, click to add them now.

•  You can find the order you created by navigating to the "SENT GIFTS" tab.
